Conference Paper Submission

If you have received a paper acceptance email from the TPC co-chairs, please use these author instructions to prepare your final camera ready paper.

1) Upload your camera ready paper in PDF format into the JEMS system. The camera ready version has to take into account all review comments provided by the reviews you need to access (cf. below). Ensure to be in full compliance with the applicable LNCS Springer format requirements (and the 4 pages limit for the PhD track and 12 pages limit for the main track, references excluded). Note that headers and footers shall be kept completely empty (the publisher will add the relevant footer and header information).

2) Upload all source files of your paper and (e.g., including the tex sources and all figures in EPS/PDF/JPEG format, or include a Word document, or a FrameMaker file) and the final pdf within a zip-file into the JEMS system.

3) Complete and sign the copyright form available here and upload it into the JEMS system, too.

4) Make sure that the presenting author registers at the registration site. Multiple author registrations are most welcome.
